I second the motion from Joe Magruder. Often the same people who know each other are the force that get things done. I learn as I work there and I enjoy developing new talents. A good deal of the work is not (fun) but the goal is the end result. For those who criticize, you should show up, roll up your sleeves and contribute time and effort. The more people available, the more accomplished. A number of things require a group effort to do rather than a single individual and so you must have that many available or be behind your schedule on a given job. So in a sense, what you give you receive.
