Why not. Logic and common economic sense doesn't seem to work. Maybe a local ordinance from which they cannot get a variance is the saving grace. If it will stop this lunacy,go for it. Unfortunately, there will be some other resolution to the issue and on they will plod for another ten years and millions of waisted taxpayer money. Just think of how many people in this country that misspent money could feed.
