I favor a fundamental change of route. Whitman says she is opposed to the project, but I am thinking she and the other pols would support throwing the whole thing back to the voters to see if majority support is still there. But a revote would be simply yea or nay unless options were included, something the Palmdale real estate developers would no doubt oppose.
