Chasing Trains in Paso Robles

I am heading on a train trip soon, and will be changing from a bus to #14 in Paso Robles. I am scheduled for atleast a two hour layover there depending on how late the Starlight is. How active is the coast line? Will I have a decent chance at seeing some freights roll through??
