My Wife and I rode the Starlight last Thanksgiving and after we departed San Jose the UP dispatcher contacted the crew on the train and said there was a slow moving freight on the Mulford line and asked the crew what they wanted to do,,,,,,,they opted for the line through Niles and then into Jack London station stop.
