Almanor RR #166 Outside Mill in Chester

Almanor 70 tonner #166 is outside in the yard at Chester while Collins Pine dismantles the old sawmill for salvage. Motorcar #121 is next to the Almanor North Shore Peninsula Road crossing on a stub of the rail next to the crossing off the pavement. Looks like the car was left there for easy pickup off the highway after tearing up the RR. Speeder is about the size of a Fairmont A-6 with 20" cast type wheels, but looks like Northwestern or Skagit origin. Anyone out have any idea what's going on with the speeder or the locomotive??
