Challenger locomotive power

Union Pacific’s #3985 Challenger steam locomotive is due to stop in our city today. It has a tractive effort of 97,350 pounds. I know that steam locomotives aren’t rated in horsepower, but I’d still like to have a comparative estimate of the power of #3985. Would anyone know how many diesel locomotives - say at 4,000 hp - would be required to approximate the pulling power of #3985?
