Don't think we'll see a Soda Springs stop for winter operations. They'd have to build a major structure, ie. train shed to deal with the snow. Other problem would be transportation to the five nearby ski resorts. This would take some major $'s. There is really no place currently to put this unless Royal Gorge gives up their area right adjacent to the xing. Don't hold your breath on that one.
