As promised we are lingering in the SP 2300s. We are exploring the first order of FM switchers. These were 2350-55, built in 1952, and feature the Loewy flowing lines along the walkways but not the roof overhang that none of SP's FMs apparently had.
Southern Pacific FM H-12-44 2353 is shown passing College Park in the summer of 1972.
Southern Pacific H-12-44 2355 at the San Jose Roundhouse in the summer of 1972.
Information, suggestions, comments and/or corrections are appreciated.
