Whens the new UP yard in or nearby Otis Orchards going in? I notice there's a lot of industrial trackage overby Yardley serving the Ash Grove plant, Spokane Seed Plant how often does the track get maintenance? or none at all? Does Bridging the valley include a transloading site for automobiles, BNSF's one is some bad shape by the Dr.Pepper ; 7up plant.
