Lucius Beebe interview in the PV Virginia City, 1965

Before this Board disappears and I forget.......do any of the old timers posting here remember the KTVU Channel Two interview with Lucius Beebe in the Virginia City on Jack London Square back in 1965? Mel Venter of Channel Two's "I Want To Know" series interviewed Beebe for an hour, shortly before his death. Mel did other interviews too, such as Dorothy Newell Deane on the Sierra Railroad. Channel Two tells me a recent News Director "pitched" all the news film and videos in the mid 1990's so unless something got donated, or someone walked out the back door with this stuff, it's probably gone???
