This Dillon info is dated by a couple of years--based on my experience--but I don't think it's changed much. The Dillon-Silver Bow turn runs north at about 0600 and returns somewhere a little after noon--at Silver Bow in the late morning. The southbound from Dillon runs as a UP symbol freight OR is run as a part of the Local that leaves at about 3PM. The northbound from Pocatello (OR the local when the train is a part of it) arrives in Dillon in the wee hours of the AM. Saturday should be a normal train. Sunday's southbound from Silver Bow is probably going to be really small. I'm not sure about the one day a week that the Silver Bow turn doesn't run--probably Monday.
