Sierra Railroad #34 at Jamestown, July 1971

Sierra #34 had sat in the Jamestown roundhouse from 1955 until 1971 when the owners of the Sierra arranged with the locomotive's owner, Reed Hatch, to use it in excursion service.
In this photo, it is returning to Jamestown after a trip to Chinese Camp in July of 1971.
