Special UP train in Moorpark

On June 15, about 1800, the following was spotted in the Moorpark (CA) siding facing westbound:

A very clean GE #5186 with winged shield on nose and stars & strips on the side,
business car Stanford, observation platform facing the engine,
business car Sunset, platform to rear.

Anyone know what this consist is doing in Metrolink land?
