LM - Thanks for fixing my links! Hopefully, I'll figure out how to post images here before this board goes away! I used the Image Hyperlink, which clearly wasn't the way to go. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the regular hyperlink feature to work.

Bob R. - Your comment about the lack of gloves is interesting. I noticed that as well and asked the crew about it. Without hesitation, both noted that they could get a steam-soaked rag away from their hands a whole bunch quicker than they could get rid of a hot glove. After giving it some thought, I recalled that I have seen that technique used other places as well.
