Yes I can. This year I've used the train and King Street Station to go to: (1) Oak Harbor twice and doing it again next week. (2) Vancouver, BC with two nights in Everett. (3) Monroe County Fairgrounds with an overnight in Everett.
Late in the day the 880 bus gets me to Mukilteo and the Washington State Ferry. From Clinton, Island County Transit goes to Oak Harbor. The middle of the day I use the 510 bus to Everett and Everett Transit to Mukilteo.
I use the 510 bus to Everett for a place to stay near the Transportation center and avoid the high room tax in Seattle.
For the above destinations I take my luggage with me on the bus/ferry. If I want to do shopping in the Seattle area I check my bags at the baggage claim desk and then head to Everett. It is extremely easy and fast to get to Kirkland from King Street Station by bus.
I do think there should be parking near the sports stadiums so the drunks can drive home instead of taking the train. As it is now I avoid any trip to Seattle when I will have to ride a train home with them.
