Visited my old stomping grounds this week. Talked to customers in Moscow, Idaho, seems that trackage in Idaho wasn't sold to state of Wa or the W&I and is still subject to $870 surcharge with switching provided by W&I but Crites Seed was told by Watco that they can only load in Lewiston, and the propane dealer was told that they couldn't renew their lease if they continued to ship by rail and pay surcharge. Tracks recently pulled out of hyway cutting off the old GN to Dumas Seed. Rest of P&L looks to be a parking lot of stored tank cars, well cars and centerbeams. Not looking good folks.
