Sounder Layovers in Tacoma

Does anyone know of Sound Transit's plans for train layover once the Lakewood extension is in service? Are they constructing a new layover yard near the Lakewood Transit Center, or will they deadhead trains to and from the existing layover yard east of Freighthouse Square?
