Help! My father's reader won't handle this format. Will only read one file off one diskette. This will take about 10 diskettes per day! Is this the new format?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can make this into one file so his reader will handle it-he does not have internet, but only a scanner, diskette and cd reader computer.
