Four emergency phones in a less than 1/4 mile long tunnel ??? What, are they worried they can't out - pedal a mugger ??? Maybe the bicyclists are thinking they're gonna get fat & lazy now that they don't have to pedal OVER the hill. More smart thinking from SMART !?!
