Photo was taken from the veranda of the second story of the Hotel Ferrocarril in Zacapa, Guatemala, November 1971. Room cost was $4.50 a night in US dollars and also included both dinner and breakfast the next morning.
Busy place, 183 went out with the train to the El Salvador border, 202 was called for a work extra, 174 took the mixed local back to Guatemala City and 102 was out somewhere switching the yard. There was a stationary boiler hot for roundhouse steam.
