That could be a sign of the economy starting to turn around. I saw an empty 100 car train heading north through Redding CA last weekend on the UP with all forest products hauling equipment. Mostly boxcars, "Railbox", center beams and a few TOFC's set up for logs. Most encouraging thing I've seen in three years.
