I have not had a lot of time to fully research this out, but the Kenwood TH-F6A has the ability to recieve 2 simultaneous channels. I don't recall what the EOT freqs are, but its Rx range is 137-174 MHz, 216-260 MHz, and 410-470 MHz for one band and 0.1 to 1300 MHz for the other (except cell). It is not as sensitive as the ICOM IC-V80, but from what I can tell, it is better than the Radio Shack scanners.
