We are leaving the Alcos behind and entering the SP's EMD passenger series Thanks to everyone for the photos, comments and posts here and elsewhere.

Southern Pacific GP9E 3187 leads train 151 into San Francisco, CA in July 1976.

Southern Pacific GP9E 3191 leads fellow weekend warrior SDP45 3204 over Dry Creek, in Roseville, CA on a not so dry Saturday, February 23, 1980.
