Wow, the math skills of those who don't include the cost of insurance, depreciation, parking rental, cost of highways, cost of highway congestion, defense costs of our oil dependency, the value of the lives lost defending that oil dependency, and then fabricate the cost of rail in the LOSSAN Corridor is certainly highly questionable. So which "pipe dream" are we to believe? As usual in these dubious debates, maybe the truth lies somewhere in between ?
