Slow news day here means that all 3 stations will probably be on hand to cover the 2-car carnage. Chewelah does have several crossings to detour around. It would be a lot worse if the tracks crossed the road to the Tribal Casino and that was blocked(!) We'll have to see what cargo is stretched to the point where it is declared "hazardous". At this time of day, I'd assume that it's the northbound train back to Kettle Falls, which would be 80% empty--the exceptions being the cars of lead ore for Trail, BC.
