But it might solve the unemployment problem. Surely the politicians would therefore shut "CARB" up!

Just imagine the army of poooper scooopers they would need to hire to follow every train, each with three or four of those 4400 horse lashups.

If they tried to skip that step, not only would there be a big stink raised about it; but they would soon need a s--- plow to follow every train, and an army of repairmen to fix them when they got all bent up.

But I doubt they'd get much tractive effort out the horses way in the back though; what with all that slippin' and slidin' they'd be doing.


Now that's all just a whole lot of horse manure!
