One thing that I find frustrating is that many of the clearing houses/"company stores" will ship via UPS or Federal Express Ground only. They refuse to ship via USPS, who normally has less expensive shipping rates and just as good, if not better, of a delivery time.

2 years in a row UPS screwed-up and delivered my order of BNSF calendars to a residence about a 1/2 mile away and yes, my road address was correct on the shipping label. The other residence was away on vacation and I didn't receive my calendars until after a replacement order had been sent, and the neighbors discovered the original order upon the return from their trip. It seems to me that on some of the online ordering forms, addresses can get jumbled quite easily.

I prefer to use the US Postal Service to deliver to my PO Box, since I live in a rural area and finding my residence isn't that easy.
