The ballast/rip-rap work train is tied down in Woodford Spur, the rip rap cars are empty, but the ballast cars are loaded still. The other work train is tied down at Summit Siding with power on the south end of it, and another work train passed us going southbound at around 21:00 last night at Warren while we were changing out a knuckle.
