Repairs on track connecting Tacoma Rail to BNSF

Came by Bay Street tonite in Tacoma and saw some time of repair/construction on the retaining wall for the track that connects from BNSF to Tacoma Rail that Sounder uses daily.

It looks like they are putting up another concrete wall to hold up the existing wall. They had problems with this area when they first opened the track.

Anyone have any news on this? I havent seen any
