Thanks, SD...

1) It originates in Wunpost CA, which is quite a bit north of San Luis Obispo on the old SP Coast Line.

2) It goes to Dolores (not sure which refinery there).

3) It usually has three engines, but they were all facing the wrong way, plus there were work train units and helper units in SLO that it looks like the cycled back to Dolores with the move.

4) No DP is possible on this train as the cars are all connected to each other by hose/piping for loading.
