Having known several diabetics that become violent as part of their bad reactions, after the violence comes coma. If in fact he was walking around after four days without meds, he was not that type of diabetic. Those that have a mild form of the disease, and use pills, could be walking around, but also do not have the violent reactions and coma. I'm beginning to wonder if he really had anything wrong with him other than drunkeness. Just two weeks ago an airline made a special overnight stop for a 4 year old that was throwing a fit because the airline ran out of his favorite soda (made Paul Harvey's radio show). The stop turned overnight as the crew ended up running out of time when it was all settled at the dump off point---and the flight resumed the next day, minus the child.
