Ownership goes something like this;

Wishram - North Jct; SP&S
North Jct - South Jct; Joint SP&S and UP
South Jct - Metolius; UP
Metolius - Bend; Joint SP&S - UP
Bend - Chemult; GN
Chemult - Klamath Falls; SP
Klamath Falls - Bieber; GN
Bieber to Keddie; WP

Operationally UP and SP&S only went to Bend. GN took over at Bend and went to Bieber and interchanged with the WP. Also as a side note GN originally operated over the Brooks Scanlon Logging Railroad between Bend and LaPine and built a new line south of there to Chemult which the logging railroad had rights over. GN eventually built a new line between Bend and Sunriver and built engine sheds and a yard at Cascan just southeast of Bend.
