In keeping with the masive reconstruction efforts rail truck was seen pushing a MOW unit in Petaluma about 8:45AM, It was equipented with what appeared to be
some sort of weed scraper. Headed NB towards Penngrove. Judging by the rate of speed it should probably be there by tomorrow. Perhaps, with this effort some operations will begin before 2020.
