That makes me laugh. I used to live in Rohnert Park a few years back when money was allocated for the line. I lived across the street from the line. I would see a "weed sweeper" ocassionally and if I was lucky, I saw an GATX SW 1500 with a few flat cars. Maybe with a little more luck we may see that line running by 2020!
