The irony here is that the Journal article is mostly right. The great unanswered question remains why after all the money spent (60 plus million) and all the promised start up dates going back at least two years , there are no trains? Why pray tell ,would they continue to extend contracts to a project manager with such a solid proven failure rate?
Face it trains will never run to Humboltd county again . Sell the assets as far south as Island Mountain and reinvest it in the remaining property.
