Thanks for clearing that up j.

I don't know the answer to Steven's question. I was amazed as it passed, and was only able to get two photographs in the process. Lucky to even had got two. I didn't expect it, nor had any indication that the move existed, so you can imagine my surprise.

Would DIC still allow the trailing units to operate like you see sedans pulled by Winnebagos; in neutral gear, steering wheel unlocked, but no keys in the ignition and engine off?

Can a locomotive be started remotely from the head end by just being DIC?
