These projections for the number of trains are based on what???..Unless team tracks are built and service provided..This gives only a few car loads provided any body receives or ships...There are a few mills between Ukiah and Willetts, but none will ship unless they are given a great deal...Ballast from Island Mt....who knows....There are too many quarries close to the area's that could use the product and could ship much cheaper either by truck or rail. If the Garbage ever materialize's, this could provide two trains a week, maybe four..two in each direction and this is dreaming.....BUT lets hope it happens....
