Sounds like there are also fear that they railroad might bring an industry or two with it, can't have those pesky jobs when welfare pays so good. Besides a rock pit might be used to pave streets and fill potholes---can't have that either. Time to shoot this NWP project in the head, it just isn't worth it anymore--every second a new battle, another study. If the eco-friendly people of California love trucks and their pollution that much then let them have them. This project is like pushing water uphill with a fork!
