Spelled "Suisun," actually, as in Suisun-Fairfield. The unit is sitting on one of the tracks at the old engine house (note the old sand house in the left background) that was located between the mainlines and the east leg of the wye, about a half-mile west of the depot. The unit is mostly likely the Suisun Local's power, during the time SP stationed a Road Switcher there. Your dad probably worked it when he was on the Extra Board.
