Carol, there are some in the PLA that want the GGRM equipment off the property.
I'm glad to see they're suggesting working with local food purveyors. Showcasing various local wines and chefs would be a nice way to attract business.
It can get pretty chilly right along the water so a higher ratio of enclosed cars would make sense. I'm guessing they'll end up including an open car or two considering all the talk is rather preliminary. I wonder if their pet DODX flat will be converted.
