Rayonier Incorporated 2-6-6-2 38 is pulling a train of logs between Railroad Camp and the log dump at New London, just North of Hoquiam, Washington. The date is August 24, 1964 and the days of steam operations on the Olympic Peninsula are growing short. Mallet 38 once operated on the Sierra Railroad.
