FWIW

Today only (3-3), if you follow the link here: The Recorder you should find a front page picture of a Pam Am autorack train headed up by two BNSF units as it makes its way through Greenfield, MA, a small mill town 100 miles west of Boston.

The pink building in the rear is the former BMRR dispatch office and division headquarters. The ROW fence blocks off Energy Park, an outdoor music venue (free concerts every summer, mostly folk and bluegrass)that was built on the site of the former BMRR station. Two hundred feet right of the fence is the Conn River mainline, Springfield, MA to Vermont. It is this line that CT, MA and VT want to upgrade using HSR funding, with the intent of bring Amtrak back to the Pioneer Valley.
