Lack of literacy

If you really want to see how badly this country has slipped re literacy, post a job opening on Craigslist and ask for resumes and a cover letter. I recently did this and was absolutely appalled by the responses I got. I had over 200 applicants and deleted 95%. A sample sentence "I wuld be purfect for ur company" This was from someone applying for a manager position. did He have lots of work experience though, he listed 16 jobs in the last 3 years!
