'tis time for a brief lecture on New York terminology:

Grand Central Terminal is a terminal because it is the end of the line, whereas Pennsylvania Station is a station because it is not the end of the line.

Reading the ABC photo captions and narrative, it is evident that the New York City staff and editors of ABC haven't received this lesson.
