FOIA requests cannot be made via message boards or chat rooms. However, if you put your request in writing and specify what financial docuemts you require, the NCRA is bound by law to respond. Bear in mind that the NCRA is permitted to charge you the actual costs of copying the documents. No reason for the taxpayers to fund your fishing expedition.

This does bring up a good point. Has anyone ever actually asked for, received and/or looked at the NCRAs financial reports? Certain posters seem to know, or think they know, alot about how public monies are being wasted. Lost of vague allegations of misappropriation. Frequent slurs on the integrity of public officials. Never anything to back it up though.
