So what will the commuter and intercity conductors do?
A) Hang out the side of the coaches so the head end can hear them?
B) Plug the train so they can step away from the coach so the engineer can hear them?

I can see this is going to be a huge problem,
worse when digital is in operation!
Why the rails didn’t get an FCC exemption is beyond me!
Would have saved hundreds of millions and I bet allot of future lives and lawsuits!
