Bill Farren passes (former SP Company Officer)

If you're off the SP you might remember Bill Farrens, who was a Trainmaster and Training Officer on the LA Division. SLOCONDR posted this on TO's: [www.trainorders.com]

I knew Bill from my LA Division days, and would occasionlly run into him at Taylor Yard after I transfered out of LA in early 1972. He was well-liked by the crews who worked for him.
