Near UP property? Well then, bring it on. I will make my self look as suspicious as possible with my foaming equipment whilst standing off their propery. I will have Bert P. Krages telephone number on speed dial ;)

I was on a public sidewalk once when a sekurity guard approached me instructing me that I couldn't video a freight train. He asked me "Haven't you heard of nine-eleven?", and I said yes, it is the number you dial when you have an emergency. He just walked away afterwards.
