You bring up a valid point...I was able to ride the EUKA a number of times and in certain
areas, you could easily spot the drip-feed irrigation pipe on the hillside. The rails
ignored it and were largely left in peace. That'd be a lot different when people are
passing by, free to "explore" in a hostile environment as opposed to riding in the cab
of a moving locomotive.
